Positive Vibrations

Hey Queens, I am hoping all is well wit you all. Your girl is back with another new blog topic of discussion. Yassss Queen Yassss, lets get into it . Today I want to broaden your knowledge and your attention on the importance of staying in high vibrations, what is high vibrations? High vibrations is like a natural cloud 9 I like to personally refer it too. It’s a wholesome vibe meaning: Your feeling good, your in this joyous mood, your smiling, your being kind to these strangers your walking past you have no idea who they are, your giving out compliments, your in a giving mood etc. While being in this higher vibration your aura is at an all time glow honey, and it’s SURPRISINGLY contagious (In a good way). What I mean by this is, unexpectedly people see that on positive vibration your carrying and instantly want to be surrounded by you. They want some of what you have, here’s the secret: Be and do you for you unapologetically (Go ahead and reread that slowly once more), stop worrying about people pleasing for once, have more of a who cares grand spirit and live your life accordingly to how you want to live it. You do realize you live this life only ONCE right?

Where is that business plan, dream, and goals you was writing about in your journal? Yes, that need to be in full motion. During this pandemic of COVID-19 you have plenty of time to focus your undivided attention on those things. During this time I have completed a few achievements off my goal to-do list, and it feels rewarding. I know there is still a journey ahead of me, yet I’ve made up my mind to stop making excuses because it wasn’t getting me anywhere, I wasn’t seeing any results in the complaints. You won’t either, so I am here to encourage you to get and do something that you always wanted to do and achieve. Your focus should be solely on you, and what you have going on for yourself. Those dreams and goals are your legacy, your fortune queens.

Some ways I like to personally practice being positive is simply act as such during negative situations. I used to always fail at thinking first before I spoke, this is an exercise that’s definitely good for self-improvement. This is a lifestyle I am willing to master for myself, and should also be for other women as well. You attract people with negative attitudes when you have a negative attitude, and you attract people that carry a positive attitude when you have the same energy. Avoid the unnecessary stress and worry with people who are just always negative because then it’ll weigh your spirit down with theirs.

Another thing to be mindful of is to pay attention to the grey areas of yourself that needs improvement, that way you can focus on one trait at a time that requires your undivided attention. Know that your not the only women who is facing struggles with being positive so when your not feeling positive try to elevate your energy when needed, you can do this.

Creating a new and healthy habit with speaking positive affirmations of oneself in the mirror daily, you can’t go wrong with doing this. It’ll have you felling good about yourself, and with a sense to also share this great vibrations with others you come in contact with.
